We Liked Their Modular Wiring So Much,
We Bought The Company
For many years, Panel Built used Plug-N-Go modular wiring from PAC Systems (Power and Communication Systems) to run the electrical in our modular buildings. We built thousands of buildings at Panel Built using Plug-N-Go modular wiring systems. When we were in a pinch, we even used Reloc, but only when we had to. We strongly preferred PAC Systems. Their system is simply better and easier to work with. When we learned in 2024 that PAC’s owners, Lou and Mike, were considering riding off into the sunset, we expressed our interest. Not so much because we dreamed of becoming titans of modular wiring, but to secure a continued supply of our favorite modular wiring system.
The Plug-N-Go system predates PACS, dating back to the 1970s with a company called EZ-Flex. We continue to hear from former EZ-Flex customers from decades ago. That fact speaks to the quality and durability of these modular wiring systems.
At Power Built Modular Wiring, we are proud to continue the legacy of those who paved the way before us. Based in Blairsville, Georgia, we custom-make each order at our Blue Ridge, Georgia manufacturing plant. We prefabricate our products locally and back them with dedicated American customer service. We employ community members for installation support, electrical engineering, and drafting, except for Ray in New York, but he’s still alright.
